At WIX Studio Houston Community, we strive to provide a valuable experience at all our events and services. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Event Registration Fees

  • Cancellation by Attendee:

    • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting us in advance.

  • Cancellation by Organizer:

    • If we cancel an event, registered attendees will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

2. Workshops and Paid Programs

  • Refund Requests:

    • Refund requests for workshops or paid programs must be made 14 days or more before the start date for a full refund.

    • Requests made less than 14 days before the start date will be ineligible for a refund, but you may transfer your spot to someone else by contacting us.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to attend an event, workshop, or program without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Digital Products and Online Content

  • Non-Refundable:

    • All purchases of digital products or online content are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical issues that prevent access to the content.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the approved request.
