1. Event Registration Fees

Cancellation by Attendee:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting us in advance.

Cancellation by Organizer:

If we cancel an event, registered attendees will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

2. Workshops and Paid Programs

Refund Requests:

Refund requests for workshops or paid programs must be made 14 days or more before the start date for a full refund.

Requests made less than 14 days before the start date will be ineligible for a refund, but you may transfer your spot to someone else by contacting us.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend an event, workshop, or program without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Digital Products and Online Content

All purchases of digital products or online content are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical issues that prevent access to the content.
